RangeNodes

About the data

Where our data comes from

RangeNodes is a searchable database of real, chronographed handloads. Records come from two places: data contributed directly by RangeNodes users, and a recovered seed set that gives the database useful coverage from day one.

The recovered seed set

A portion of RangeNodes' seed data was recovered from the Reloaders' Nest community handloading database — a beloved, now-offline resource built from data contributed by individual handloaders — via publicly archived snapshots on the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine). We have re-normalized these community-reported records into our own format and preserved each record's original source reference. All data is user-reported and unverified. RangeNodes is not affiliated with, and not endorsed by, Reloaders' Nest or the Internet Archive. If you contributed data and would like it credited differently or removed, contact removals@rangenodes.com.

User-reported and unverified. Reloading is dangerous. Reduce by at least 10% and work up carefully, verifying against current published data from your component and firearm manufacturers. Watch for pressure signs.

Corrections, credit & removal

If you contributed data to Reloaders' Nest and would like it credited differently or removed, or you spot a record that should be corrected, email removals@rangenodes.com. We acknowledge removal and opt-out requests within 3 business days and remove or respond within 10 business days.
